We are in Wrocław, so we answer on Central European time, on working days. If something is broken rather than merely puzzling, say so in the first line and it moves to the front.
What to put in it
Whatever you have. The four things that make an answer useful are: what the business does, who it is talking to, which channels it already has, and roughly how much time a week somebody can spend approving drafts.
That last one sounds odd and is the most important. A plan sized to the time available is the difference between an arrangement that is still running in June and one that quietly stopped in March.
If you already have a Facebook Page or a blog, a link to it is worth more than any description — we would rather read how you actually write than be told about it.

Can I try it without paying?
Yes. The free tier connects one channel, gives you the writers and the planner in full, and is limited by a quota rather than a countdown. It never asks for a card.
The plansWhich channels are supported?
A WordPress blog, a Facebook Page, an Instagram business account, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Threads, YouTube and a Google Business Profile, plus the publishing queue. Video on X is not here, and neither is WhatsApp; if one of those is the one that matters to you, this is not yet your tool.
ChannelsDoes it publish without me?
Only if a manager deliberately switches a channel to autopilot in a campaign. Every channel starts on approval, and ads never go on autopilot: a Google Ads campaign starts paused.

On data requests: write to the same address and say what you want — a copy of what we hold, a correction, or a deletion. It goes to a person, not a queue, and you do not need to phrase it in any particular way for it to count.
