Who you are dealing with, and what you are getting

Written to be read once, in ordinary English, by the person who is actually going to use this. Where a sentence here matters more than it looks, it says so.

The company

FABLS is operated by Castomo prosta spółka akcyjna, registered at ul. Powstańców Śląskich 5/212, 53-332 Wrocław, Poland, KRS 0001188843, NIP 8993033031. The full details are in the footer of every page on this site, and the address above is where formal correspondence goes.

The contract is between that company and you — a business, in practice, since this is a tool for publishing on behalf of a business. Where you are using it as a consumer, the consumer protections of Polish and EU law apply and nothing here removes them.

What the service is

FABLS composes writers, compiles plans, drafts content for the slots in those plans, publishes what you approve to the channels you have connected, and produces reports. It runs on your castomo account and publishes through a castomAPI key minted on that account.

Two things follow from that, and they are the two people most often get wrong.

Publishing happens as you. Your key, your permissions, your rate limits, your Page. We are not a party to your relationship with Facebook, Instagram or your own website, and their terms apply to what appears on them.

Approval is where responsibility passes. A draft is a proposal. When you approve it, you are publishing it. If you switch a channel to autopilot, you are deciding in advance to publish what that writer produces on that channel, and that decision is yours.

What is yours

The content your writers draft is yours. You own it, you can publish it anywhere, and there is no arrangement under which it becomes ours or anybody else's material.

Your writers are yours as well. They are documents on your castomo account and you can read, edit, copy and export them. If you leave, they leave with you.

Material you bring — your brand facts, your photographs, your website's content — stays yours. We hold it to do the job described on this site and for nothing else.

What is ours

The service itself: the software, the planner, the skills catalogue, this website, the name and the mark. Using FABLS does not transfer any of that, and it may not be copied, resold or rebuilt from.

You may not resell access to the service itself. Using it to do work for your clients is the opposite of that and is explicitly expected — it is what the Business plan exists for.

Feedback you send us we may act on without owing you anything, which is the ordinary arrangement and is why we can act on it quickly.

Billing

Free is free: a quota, no card, and nothing that expires into a bill. Pro is €15 a month and Business is €49 a month, charged in advance, through the castomo wallet that the whole family shares.

Plans are monthly and there is no minimum term. Cancelling stops the next charge and leaves the current period running to its end. Moving down a plan disconnects channels rather than deleting anything — your writers, plans and history stay where they are.

Paid reach, on Business, runs on your own ad account with your own money and your own cap. We never spend on your behalf, and anything involving money waits for a person to approve it regardless of the autopilot switches on your organic channels.

Prices are exclusive of VAT where VAT applies. If we change a price, you will hear about it before the period it applies to, and cancelling is always the answer available to you.

What you agree not to do with it

Not to publish unlawful material, not to impersonate a person or organisation, not to use it for content designed to deceive people about who is speaking, and not to attempt to break the platforms' own rules through it.

Drafts are produced by language models and models make mistakes — a plausible sentence that is wrong, a claim that is not yours to make, a figure that came from nowhere. The approval gate exists precisely because of that, and it is why turning it off is a deliberate act. You are responsible for what is published in your name.

Where a channel refuses something, or suspends an account, that is a matter between you and that platform. We will tell you what the platform said and help where we can.

Availability, liability and endings

We aim to keep this running and it is not perfect. Platforms change, tokens expire, and things break at four in the morning. When a slot fails, it is marked failed with the reason, it appears in the report, and a repair is proposed rather than silently applied.

Our liability is limited to what you have paid us in the twelve months before the problem, which is the ordinary limit for a service at this price. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law — including for death, personal injury or our own intentional wrongdoing.

You can stop at any time. We can end an account for non-payment or for the misuse described above, with notice and with an opportunity to fix it wherever fixing it is possible. If we ever shut the service down, you will get notice and an export.

Polish law governs this, and the courts of Wrocław have jurisdiction, without removing any protection consumer law gives you in the country where you live.

The sentence that matters most: when you approve a draft, you are publishing it. Everything else on this page is ordinary; that one is the reason the approval gate is on by default and the reason turning it off asks you to confirm.
